Leadership Coaching

There is no one defiintion of a leader - and neither should there be one solution to leadership development. Each leader brings a unique constellation of strengths to the role. As a coach I help leaders understand these strengths, as well as recognize skill gaps. I partner with leaders to leverage their strengths, recognize their weaknesses, and nurture professional and personal growth.


The process entails four stages:

  • Assessment to identify strengths, personality, leadership style, and areas for development

  • Commitment to individualized goals tailored to the needs of each leader

  • Coaching process derived from research supported methodologies

  • Focus on internal shifts with external results


The ultimate goal of coaching is to help leaders grow in authenticity, courage, and presence so they can engage their teams and implement strategy to achieve their goals.
