Leadership Coaching
There is no one definition of a leader - and neither should there be one cookie-cutter approach to leadership development. Each leader brings a unique constellation of strengths and development needs.
As a coach I help leaders understand their strengths, as well as recognize skill gaps. I partner with leaders to leverage strengths, recognize weaknesses, and nurture professional and personal growth.
The process usually includes four stages:
-
Assessment to identify strengths, personality, leadership style, and areas for development
-
Goal identification, developed in partnership with leader
-
Coaching process, using industry best practices
-
Examination of progress towards goals
The ultimate goal of coaching is to help leaders make internal shifts with external results. Through the process, leaders grow in authenticity, courage, and presence so they can engage their teams and implement strategy to achieve their goals.
